We are a family business set up to share Peter’s unique sculptures with you…

Peter has been sculpting since 1992. His love of nature and quirky sense of humour combined with his eye for detail and artistic talent are apparent in his unusual pieces. We are very proud that these are all produced here in the UK and have become extremely collectable worldwide.

Peter was always going to do something a little different. He trained as a ceramic artist at Boehms before deciding he would like a career change. His various guises included training as a newspaper reporter but he was never destined to work in an office and he was drawn back to his artistic roots and began creating the Treasure Jest range. He has never had any formal training as a sculptor, which is a testament to his true talent. His imagination continues to be as inspired and quirky as ever.

Andrea runs the sales and marketing and general administration side of the business. I originally trained and worked as a journalist before stepping back to bring up the children and now work during term times as a school administrator. I really enjoy being involved with Harmony Kingdom and being able to chat directly to our customers both old and new.

Samuel (Sam) and Millie are our lovely children who have grown with everything Harmony Kingdom. They have both been lucky enough to accompany us on our numerous trips to the US, thanks to the generosity and welcoming spirit of our collectors over there.

They are not sure what all the fuss is about though – to them Pete is just Dad! Sam enjoys his dad’s work, especially the Zebra and is good at things involving IT and maths. He is currently studying for a degree in computer science. Millie follows in her dad’s footsteps in the artistic department. She loves creating all kinds of artwork and is often re-designing her bedroom. Her art is her hobby which she enjoys alongside horse riding. She has also danced to a high level, competing and performing with Birmingham Royal Ballet. She is about to embark on the next stage of her academic career studying English, Business and Drama. Both love animals and enjoy spending time with our ‘menagerie’!

We consider ourselves very lucky to have such friendly and enthusiastic collectors who have been inspired by Peter’s work. We really enjoy sharing our lives through Peter’s sculptures and having the opportunity to meet many collectors at Harmony Kingdom events in both the US and the UK and also at gift and craft fairs close to our home. We love to hear from everyone too, so please email us with your collecting news, figurine ideas or just for a chat!
